Products
We supply both fresh and frozen seafood. We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, weights and images are accurate; however, slight variations may occur due to the nature of seafood products.
Fresh seafood is subject to seasonal availability and natural variation.
Frozen Seafood may vary slightly in weight due to glazing or packaging.
Ordering
Orders can be placed via our website, phone or authorized distributors. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Fresh seafood orders must be placed at least 3-4 days in advance to allow for sourcing and preparation.
Frozen Seafood orders may be processed more quickly subject to stock availability.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed may change without prior notice. Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed. We accept Card, Cash and Bank Transfers.
Delivery
• We deliver within agreed locations and timeframes.
• Frozen products must be received promptly to maintain quality.
• Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
Fresh Fish DELIVERY & WEIGHT POLICY
- Fresh fish orders are available based on weekly air freight arrivals.
- Air freight shipments arrive in the UK every Sunday and Monday.
- Delivery slots are scheduled after shipment confirmation and quality checks.
- Customers can select their preferred delivery date and time during checkout where available.
Weight Information
Fresh fish are natural products and final weights may vary slightly after preparation and cleaning.
The final invoice weight will be confirmed upon arrival and processing in the UK before dispatch.
Freshness & Packaging
All fresh fish products are:
- Hygienically sealed
- Temperature controlled
- Carefully packed for freshness
- Prepared for safe UK delivery handling
Storage and Handling
Customers must store products at appropriate freezing temperatures. We are not liable for spoilage resulting from improper storage after delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of frozen seafood:
• Returns are only accepted if products are defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof (e.g., photos).
• Approved refunds or replacements will be processed accordingly.
Food Safety and Allergies
Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens such as fish, shellfish, or others. It is the customer’s responsibility to check product details and handle food safely.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or consumption of our products.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding and materials provided by us remain our property and may not be used without permission.
Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
