Shipping and Delivery
Order Processing
- Customers will select their preferred delivery date and available time slot during checkout.
- Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
Delivery
- Delivery time slots are provided as a delivery window covering several hours.
- Deliveries will be made to the designated delivery or collection location for the selected area during the chosen time window.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they are available to receive or collect their order within the selected delivery slot.
- If a customer is unable to receive or collect their order during the agreed time window, Agro Trade cannot guarantee product quality and reserves the right to refuse refunds for any resulting loss or deterioration of the products.
- While every effort is made to deliver within the selected time window, delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, weather conditions, supplier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Freshness & Storage
- All seafood products are packed and transported using appropriate methods to maintain freshness and quality.
- Frozen products should be transferred to a freezer as soon as possible after receipt.
- Fresh products should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt and consumed within the recommended timeframe.
Once products have been delivered or collected, customers are responsible for ensuring they are stored appropriately.
