  • Fresh seafood orders must be placed at least 3-4 days in advance to allow for sourcing and preparation.

  • Frozen Seafood orders may be processed more quickly subject to stock availability.

  • Delivery

    ·  We deliver within agreed locations and timeframes.

    ·  Frozen products must be received promptly to maintain quality.

    ·  Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

    ·  We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
