Fresh & Frozen Seafood

Due to the perishable nature of fresh and frozen seafood, we are unable to accept returns once products have been delivered.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be offered where:

  • Products arrive damaged during transit
  • Products are spoiled or unfit for consumption upon arrival
  • Incorrect items are supplied
  • Items are missing from your order

All claims are subject to review and verification.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect storage after delivery
  • Products left unattended after delivery
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery
  • Natural variations in the size, weight, or appearance of seafood products

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 5–10 working days.
