Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes, you can! In-store pickup is available any day we are open. Our hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (closed Sundays).

How is your fish transported from Sri Lanka to the UK?

All seafood is handled through certified cold-chain logistics. From processing facilities in Sri Lanka to UK distribution, products remain under controlled temperatures to protect quality and food safety.

Shipments comply with UK import regulations and hygiene standards, ensuring seafood arrives in excellent condition.

Are your products cleaned and prepared?

Many of our products are cleaned, cut or portioned for convenience. Depending on the item, you may find whole fish, steaks, fillets or pre-prepared shellfish options available. Please check individual product descriptions for preparation details.

Do you deliver across the UK?

At the moment, we do not offer nationwide delivery. We currently deliver within a 15-mile radius of our shop located at:

Unit A, Syms House, Woodside End, Wembley, HA0 1UR

If you are nearby, we would love to bring your order straight to your door! If you are outside our current delivery zone, please stay tuned—we hope to expand our reach in the future.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because seafood is perishable, orders cannot usually be cancelled once they have been packed or dispatched. If you need assistance, please contact us on +4411112222 as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
